Our Policies, Statements and Information

Dog Policy

Dogs can only be accepted if pre-booked directly with us. We love dogs and are very happy to welcome them into our home. We have a selection of best dog walks straight from the house and we have a list of dog friendly pubs and cafes.
We expect your dog to be well socialised as they may meet another dog staying in the house. Please ensure your dog does not yap or bark as this can disturb other guests and our neighbours. If you dog displays any sign of aggression, be it seemingly inoccuous to you, we will ask you to remove you dog from the house.
Little Accidents. This does sometimes happen when dogs are in an unfamiliar place; please just let us know straight away and we can tidy up. We provide doggy towels for your use – please ensure your dog is dry and clean before taking them to your room
Please do not leave your dog in your room alone for any length of time. Dogs are not permitted in the public areas (except assistance dogs). Dogs may not go on the beds or furniture. (The next guest may have an allergy to dogs and the dander may remain even after thorough washing)
If your dog causes any damage we would expect you to pay for replacement / repair and potential loss of revenue if the room needs to be decommissioned.

There is a pet shop just up the road for emergency snacks or if you have forgotten anything.
Dog friendly rooms need to be booked direct with us so we can allocate the correct room for you

Dogs are charged at £10.00 per dog per stay

By booking your dog to stay with us you must confirm that your dog has not suffered with ‘kennel cough’ in the last six months or has visited a kennels or similar environment in the previous six weeks prior to your stay with us. That you dog is regularly wormed and has regular flea treatment. That you dog has an annual booster for parvovirus etc’. We reserve the right to refuse your dog if it is displaying any symptoms related to any health condition.

Thank You.
